At Mona Niko Gallery, we take pride in providing high-quality products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our return and exchange policy:

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

• All custom-made, limited edition, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Accessories, T-shirts with artwork prints, and special orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

  • Fashion or styling body tape, adhesive bras and select Body JewelryGift cards are considered ” final sale ” and may not be returned.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival (proof required).
• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

1. Email admin@monaniko.com with your order number and photos of the defective product.
2. If approved, you will receive a store credit or replacement (no refunds).
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

No Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Approved returns will be issued store credit only.
